At least, I am. Sunday is brew day at Fedora Brauhaus, and I've got a batch of Tennessee Cream Ale to brew this weekend.
Sunday is supposed to be in the 90s and very humid.
But I'm brewing!

The low last night was 85! That's crazy and calls for ice cream in my book.
Next Friday I plan to brew in the afternoon. I'm going to drink lots of water all week to prepare for that brew day.
Dave, brew on and know you are definitely not alone......and don't drink alcohol until you finish.

Sounds like my brew day tomorrow. Low 90s with humidity level around 60-70%. Gonna be some nasty thunderstorms in the afternoon with weather like that!

I am holding off until Tuesday. I will still be on vacation next week and the high is forecasted to be 87 degrees. I would love to brew Thursday as I am getting a new garage door put on my brewery Wednesday but we are supposed to be back in the upper 90s then.
Next year I will be retired and I won't be restricted to weekends anymore
