That's cool how easy it is. But I still like looking at the stir bar move the yeast round and round and round and round.......

I completely forgot to post that I finally ended up bottling this last Thursday (8/6). I decided to bottle it right from the fermenter so I bottle primed each bottle and used a bottling wand right from the spigot. it was quick and easy to get these bottled. It was also nice to have my daughter capping the bottles as I filled them. Talk about making thing quick and easy.

The clean up of the Big Demon was also very easy. Everything came apart with no issues. and so I was able so soak everything in Oxyclean Free. And since the fermenter really has no sharp corners, edges or crevises it was very easy to clean up.

That looks great. I can't wait to see the video. I might have to get me one of those. Can you say fermenter envy?
