Official? there were 3 of us BOTM. we shared it for the last 3 months.

We were just voting on the Aug BOTM when the site was shut down. But Frosty's horse bottle opener was the sentimental favorite. :)

We're working on bringing the BOTM here to the Borg. Whamolagen contacted to get it started again.
My thought is The_Professor should get the August BOTM since he was the one that initated the move from MBF to here and had he not reached out many brewers would be wandering homelessly accross internet only to be found in the gutters drinking swill. ;)

Yep, brewer of the month for August at mrbeerfans.com was Frosty's Horse Bottle Opener!

Known far and wide as a spiller of beer, it has been nominated many times--but only finally won at the end of the forum.
