And he can now no longer hide behind that "Newbie" title. This has been a public service announcement.

Agreed +1000 wish he could come on more often, on the old forum I heard he had a new job and/or moved.

Swen has been here ,and yes, He has much brewing info to share. He was one of the first to answer my questions on the old site 3 plus years ago
Re: PSA swenocha is a vast bastion of brewing knowledge
Damn it... I wanted to be able to ask questions like "can I add 2lbs of sugar to my brew to up the al-kee-hawl", but now you've ratted me out...
I'm trying to make it around more often as my work/family dictates... My brewing, and my posting, usually ebb and flow with project volume at work. It's fairly light at work right now, so I'm trying to get the brewing going again (first since May) as well as the posting. I intended to brew today (a rye IPA with Conan yeast), but I got behind with school starting back up, so I ended up with a starter made today (instead of mid-week as intended) and hope to get a brewday in at some point in the next week. I'll post a thread on my progress, as I'm sure I'll have a topic or three to solicit opinions on...
