Everclear promotes BAD decision-making. Worse even than tequila. :whistle:

I think I'll just make fresh wort for each starter. It's really not THAT much hassle. And I sure ain't paying for it!

I saw this in my facebook feed a while back and thought it was a genius idea. I would use it for my Belgian beers and if I had some washed yeast that needed to be stepped up because my harvesting efforts were less than desirable as far as quantity goes. If it makes my life easier, I'm about it.
