Just finished my 3rd brewing session. 1st was the Brooklyn Beer Everyday IPA, seemed ok think I made a rookie mistake as my bottle had a lot of sediment from bottling. 2nd batch was from the BD kit I received for Father's Day and made the Evil Pilsner, came out pretty good slouch seems a little over carbonated. The 3rd was a version of the St. Patty Irish stout with chocolate added to the fermenter.
My 4th batch I would like to hear suggestions on a cream ale if anyone has made and what ingredients were used to do so?was looking to do a BIAB process then go into the fermentation chamber
Thanks for any input and suggestions going forward!

Re: Brew Demon cream ale recipe
So are you looking to brew an all grain BiaB cream ale fermented in the Brew Demon fermentor in a fermentation chamber?
Should definitely be doable! How big are your pots and do you cool with an ice bath in the sink, an immersion chiller or something else?
Are you one of those people who tastes cat pee from black currant hops (cluster, striesselspalt (sp?), citra and galena to a lesser degree)?
