Made it!
Hey guys and gals! Just wanted to let the Borg know I made it to my destination, despite California's efforts to keep me there. That included having my wife's car being broken into, even though there was nothing to steal. Luckily we got it fixed the next morning and it only delayed us a couple hours. Got moved into the new house, and it's great. Plenty of room to brew and all that. Turns out, our landlords brewed while they lived here. There are two cubby holes, one above the stairs and one below that are perfect for fermentation vessels. As I get setup I will keep you guys updated, as well as looking for advice on the equipment I need!

Based on the news, you should keep hosing yourself down to keep from igniting! Stay safe out there.
I have over 9,000 posts on "another forum", which means absolutely nothing. Mr. Beer January 2014 Brewer of the Month with all the pomp and circumstance that comes with it...

Sorry about your wife's car, but I'm glad you made it to your destination, and can get settled in and back to normal life, which includes brewing.

Re: Made it!
Glad to hear ya made it. Car parts can be replaced. Did you say you went to seattle? If so that's a very nice area, we love our visits there and we have some fellow Borg members living there. IF your in Seattle, we'll have to met up sometime for a beer on one of our trips sometime next year. Good luck with the new area. we always loved the moves and exploring new places. There are some bad areas there to avoid, ask your fellow workers when you get settled.
Life is short, live it to it's fullest!
