Yes BrewDemon and Mr. Beer kits are pretty darn easy but sometime you need a little help from the Borg to get you on the right track. Post your questions here!
Do yourself a favor and stash a few to age at least a couple of months. You will be pleasantly surprised how much better your brew will get.
Fill with mingled cream and amber,
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chambers of my brain.
Quaintest thoughts — queerest fancies,
Come to life and fade away:
What care I how time advances?
I am drinking ale today.

I agree with jpsherman. If you think it tastes good now, fire up the will power to age one for a good month or so at room temp, then chill it for a few days. You might be surprised how it can improve with age. Good advice, yes. Did I have the will power to do it for my first batch? Not so much. A pipeline of glorious homebrew helps with the patience.

I used the Brew Demon Evil Pilsner
I let ferment for three weeks and let it carbonate for one week.
Tastes good to me.
Congratulation
Drinking beer you've made yourself is always good, especially the first attempt and when it comes out that good. It gets better each time you make another batch, you are hooked now

JP is right, hide atleast one bottle away for a while at room temp and then fridge for a few days, you will be surprised how much better yet it will be.

Can you package 1-L in the BrewDemon PET or is it just like the new-and-not-improved MrB 1-L PETs that hold only a quart?
The bottle in the picture appears to have the same wide girth as the old MrB bottles that actually held 1-L of beer.

PS - congratulations on bringing your 1st batch in for a landing.
Now ... get busy building that pipeline!

That sounds/looks great, I've been wondering what this recipe will taste like. I've got a 1G batch of that One Evil Pilsner that'll be ready to bottle soon, and I've got a 2.5G recipe of it ready to go when one of my BrewDemon LBC fermenters are empty. I'm also using the Mr. Beer and BrewDemon 1 Liter bottles.
Nice! I ordered the same one for a quick batch since I'm on a brew hiatus of late. Glad to hear it taste good, I need to get mine brewed up. Keep right on brewing, there is NOTHING better than drinking your own beer!
