Re: Beer Book Mail
that's so cool
"Filled with mingled cream and amber
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chambers of my brain
-- Quaintest thoughts -- Queerest fancies
Come to life and fade away;
Who cares how time advances?
I am drinking ale today."
Edgar Allan Poe

Re: Beer Book Mail
Yeah, counted something like 60+ recipes with several variations and I brewed the "Very Good Hefeweizen" recipe with one of the guys from my HBC that had never done AG before and wanted to try BIAB. He wanted to add Apricot puree to it. It will be interesting to see how it turns out.
I too will be testing for her Cider book and I told her to let me know if she needs more testers. I might know where to find some!
