Take a minute to introduce yourself to the Borg and tell us what's brewing. You can ask questions here too!

We still use the Mr. Beer fermenters to do small batches because we like the flexibility an variety we get in our pipeline.

We do mostly partial mashes, which you'll learn about soon enough I'm sure, and we have our system tweaked to get exactly a case of beer per batch (2.67 gal.)

If you haven't yet be sure and browse through all the different sections on this forum where you will find a ton of great information. There is a glossary of terms in the new brewer section and as others have said don't be afraid about asking questions, that's why most of these nice folks are here.

Welcome, Brewster! Not only is this a great forum for brewing information, but it's just a great forum overall. This is a place where egos are left behind and we have fun, support each other, encourage each other, and help each other brew better.
