Good tip. I often buy dry yeast in lots of five or six through ebay.

My LHBS charges $3.99 for most. I bought a few of each from Farmhouse when I bought a bunch of hops back in May. S-05 was $2.99, S-04 also. Notty was $3.19, Windsor was $3.29, and W34/70 was $4.79. First I didn't buy yeast from my LHBS, and hops for that matter, but price talks. 1 have one S-05 left after my next brew, plus Windsor and S-04, so now not the best time to buy S-05. I will keep them in mind though.
I have over 9,000 posts on "another forum", which means absolutely nothing. Mr. Beer January 2014 Brewer of the Month with all the pomp and circumstance that comes with it...
