My printer is broken at the moment, so no hardcopy yet. Feels wrong to drink these without a label on the bottle!

This was inspired by all the Grapefruit Sculpin I've been drinking this summer. Figured might as well stick with the fish theme. Not a clone, not intended to be. Just an IPA with grapefruit. Low end of the IBU scale for IPAs but everything IBU, SRM, ABV is within style. One of my best brews to date.

Perfect summer beer! Grapefruit is a natural choice to go with IPAs using citrusy hops. I really like Sculpin, but couldn't care much for Grapefruit Sculpin. Actually, I liked Magic Hat's Electric Peel much better than Grapefruit Sculpin.

Yeah this one is nice and citrusy. Between the grapefruit addition and the Ahtanum and Amarillo hop combo (added for both flavor and aroma) turned out to be a nice summer ale. And these southern Cali temps will keep me drinking summer beers for a bit longer.

Then its on to the fall seasonals (2 conditioning as I type)
