Looks like the only place is California. I guess if it sells well, future batches will make it all over.

I didn't even see the little California mark until I looked again. Well I guess I will see it if it makes it to the rest of us.

FWIW: "German Sinamar" is what they say they used to darken it.

Remember the last Dark Kolsch I made last year? The Sinamar stuff is basically the LME equivalent of the little 4oz vial of color adjusting DME powder stuff that I used in it. That stuff tasted great in beer, it was very smooth, no astringency or roastyness, just a hint of cocoa. So I bet it's good and even dark beer hating people around here would like it.

I liked the Sublimely Self Righteous IPA so I have to imagine this would be even better.
