Are you certain you were not drinking this brew?
To be serious, here are links that indicate beer can skunk in seconds given the right conditions:

Leave it to Timetraveler to come up with something like that. You are fun to have around.

Re: Accidentally skunked a beer.
could explain a lot
"Filled with mingled cream and amber
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chambers of my brain
-- Quaintest thoughts -- Queerest fancies
Come to life and fade away;
Who cares how time advances?
I am drinking ale today."
Edgar Allan Poe

Well I tested this theory - With a Miller High Life (buddys brand of beer since he doesnt home brew and wont try mine)
We were working on his jeep this weekend rebuilding the steering, and installing a lift kit, he asked if i wanted a beer and i replied yes please ill take 2 ! lol
So out he comes with 2 beers (which miller uses clear bottles ) I placed one on the hood in the sun light and after a few gulps placed the other inside the window of his house - out of the sun and in the A/C. After about 3 minutes of working on his truck I tried the one on the hood and sure enuf, this tasted not just warm but did skunk a bit, now i dont know if being a name brand beer if they have somthing that prevents it from COMPLETELY skunking but it wasnt unbearable taste. Just a bit warm for my liking
Just thought id share my 2 cents.
