No pics today....had an old Ghost in the Machine and an AWESOME Dogfish Head 90 Minute........which is THE quintessential East Coast IPA in my book. Chilling the Stone Enjoy By 10/31/15 for the weekend.

Drinking an Evil Twin clone recipe brew. I recommend this one! Double dry-hopped with Citra & Columbus hops. Citra & Columbus for 7 days, then more Citra for the last 4 days.

You know! Inklegs Crunkle Sam always tasted better than any other Crunkle Sam and I never could figure out why.

Must be the naked cat tail used to create a nice frothy head.
Re: What are you drinking?
I have a Ruin Ten photo bombed with that tail too.
Oh, and I'm drinking A Toast to Big Fuzzy RIS. FG finished a little high which puts it on the sweet side of what I like, but it really hides 10.5%.

Re: What are you drinking?
Will say right up front these are the first Saison's I have tried, BeerLord,s Zesty Lemon Saison, does change when it warms the yeast character seems to be more prominent. I seem to get the lemon more when it is colder. Also have Inkleg's Le Petite Saison opened and getting some of the same yeast characters, a little easier drinking than Paul's. I really think this style will be something I will need to work up to drinking, come across too dry for me. at this point not much a fan of Saisons.

Haven't had Ink's yet but I've not doubt it's near perfect. I might have sworn myself off of brewing saisons for awhile.
Mashani can really school me after he chokes down my saison.

Re: What are you drinking?
Paul it wasn't THAT bad, it was actually pretty nice but not a favorite style for me, not something I would buy a six of or brew at this point, these are too dry for me.
