Crystal Hops?
Does anyone have any experience with them? I am thinking of using for a cucumber beer, ALC with cucs, and cyrstal for 20min.
Re: Crystal Hops?
I've used small amounts in a number of my IPA's...still have a small amount in the freezer.
I believe they are somewhat on the lower end of bittering and I personally don't think they add that much to IPA's but are similar to Mt. Hood (I think). I've seen quite a few pilsner recipes that call for crystal.
