What are you brewing/bottling/kegging?

Let's see...

Cleaned and sanitized two cases of long necks...

Bottled half a keg of still AppleWine from the keg...

Bottled some Gose...

Got 5 gallons of Weizenbier left to do...

Think I'll bottle 12 and keg the rest.

Then, I have 3 carboys to wash and sanitize... (Tomorrow?)

And it's time to brew two more before the holidays!

I'm thinking I'll finally get to the Mocktoberfest and maybe a Coffee Stout or a kolsch-like liquid.

Busy, busy, busy!

I bottled the wheat that I brewed to replace the spigot failure batch (Pagered Gadgie). I didn't have everything I needed to re-brew that beer, but I had everything I needed to brew a good old Burton Ale, so I did that. It should be a decent replacement in my pipeline, good on a cold winter day.

I have an IPA with homegrown hops and a Scottish Ale both crash cooling now. Wanted to keg those lastnight but those plans changed. I will keg those up tomorrow. I also have some of my Oktoberfest I want to bottle up from the keg. And finally I have an Irish Red finishing up fermentation. These will hold me over as it's time to think of the next round of batches.

Yesterday I kegged 10 gallons of California Steamin' Common Beer and today I am brewing a batch of American Style India Black Ale. I haven't come up with a catchy name for this one yet but I am working on it.

Leftover IPA today. Cleaning out the hop containers. Besides, it gave me something to do while watching my smoker, um.....smoke.

I brewed an all grain 1G batch of Every Day IPA from Brooklyn Brew Shop, it took awhile longer as most AG recipes would compared to an extract recipe, but it's a learning experience too I guess.

Brewed up an Old Rasputin clone today. Went well, and got an extra gallon to play with. Reckon I'll add some bourbon to that for a special treat mid winter.

@MrBandGuy:

Can you share the recipe for this? Was it yours or something that's out there, or a combo?

Thanks in advance!

Tony, was this your first AG? I recall from other threads you were using MrB/BD extracts before.
