Congrats, my brother used to raise hogs, seemed like he did pretty good on selling the pork and the pigs both.

I've raised feeder pigs for a lot of years, use to give my Mom and Dad and my in-laws 1/2 a pig for Christmas every year, and I had a big family to feed back then also. Now just me and the wife, but I sure do miss going out to the freezer and getting some pork out. That's why I'm doing it again. Nothing like home raised loins, bacon, ribs, hams, and chops......and a roast now and then.

My daughter is in Kindergarten. One of her homework assignments this week was coming up with words that start with certain letters. Tonight it was the letter G. She came up with green, then grass, then she said grain. She looked at me, pointed to me and said "you use grain to make beer".

I'm such a proud dad....and it's only a matter of time before she spouts that off in class and I get called into the principles office.

Have a 6 pack ready for the principle just in case you get called in. That should fix it. And add in one of the beer glasses with your logo on it in case of future problems.

I'm sure the Principal will want to discuss the principles that your raise your daughter under - i.e. whether she is involved in your brewing. The Principal's principles may not be the same as your principles.

Good thing she was only up to G, not P...

When my son was in 3rd grade, he had to come up with words also and tried to stump the teacher. He used words with lots of syllables and tried to stump her, and did. I wasn't brewing though for another 12 or so years.
