How long does undiluted and open Star San last?

I realized today when I grabbed my large bottle of Star San that the cap broke and it's been open likely for 2 weeks since I last used it. Other than the ph test, any ideas how long this stuff is good now that it's open to air for a few weeks?
An online search yields nothing definitive and though I have a second large bottle, there's about 1/2 left so I'd rather not waste if possible.

I'll kind of answer my own question as I've found my ph strips.....obviously, at least 2 weeks. The solution I mixed shows about 3.2-3.3 so I guess I"m ok for now.

Interesting that your cap broke -- I had the same thing happen to BOTH caps on my 8 oz. bottle of Star San.
Sounds like a design flaw on par with the infamous Gen II spigots for the LBK...
