"Filled with mingled cream and amber
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chambers of my brain
-- Quaintest thoughts -- Queerest fancies
Come to life and fade away;
Who cares how time advances?
I am drinking ale today."

Ricardo Montebon (sp?)
Edit: Cancel RM above. It was the Twilight Zone that I was trying to remember: Richard Conte ( I kept thinking Mission Impossible)

Nope, it isn't Ricardo Montelbon. He is best known for his TV work in the 1950s.

No, not Richard Conte. It was not a Sci Fi program in which the individual starred.

Okay well you stumped me until another guess/clue comes along.
I know I've seen him in something just can't place it. My first thought was a war movie but that is a stretch for the old memory banks.

OK, this is a hard one. So another clue - two movies have been made in the last 10 years that have really ticked off his fans.
