Too many variables there to blame the grain, but it sounds like all is good in the end.

I doubt it could be the mash temp but did you add some DME? Not that it matters as long as it tastes good.
Even in warm days I have to hear my BIAB at least once to keep the temps close.
It'll be beer.

That sounds like a missed weight somewhere.
Or so I've read. I mean.....it's.......not.....that........I've ever :huh: ........missed :whistle:.....like.......that. But if I were too, it probably would be traced back to a weight issue...........just saying. :redface:

I added some DME this mornong and I'm sure it will be fine. The recipe will be off a bit now since a few of the other grains are now going to be diluted (Munich, crystal, wheat) but I'm not going to sweat it.

Yeah, I'm thinking the weight might be the culprit. In the back of my head I even think I told myself the mash looked thin.
