Galaxy hops produce a lot of perceived bitterness. Unless you like the bitter on the backside flavor I would move the FWH to a 15 minute addition.

What I read said "Grapefruit, black currant, spicy, floral.".

So that sounds like a mix of Cascade, Cluster, and German hops.

My bet is that mix will push peoples "cat pee aroma" buttons if they are one of those cat pee hop people.

It was the only choice for hops they were given by Hops Direct from what I saw and for the Silver I was able to pick 2 from various Lallemand yeasts, I picked 2 Abbaye yeast.
