Kegged 5 gallons of One Lager Two Yeasts with Wyeast 2206 and 5 gallons with White Labs WLP 940 and kegged another 5 gallons of a Saison. All stored in keezers and put on gas. So NCB just added 15 gallons to the tap list that I should update.
Washed those fermenters along with 2 kegs that kicked.

Shoulda bottled the 2.5 batch of White Panama yesterday, but didn't have a good night's sleep, so I spent that time loafing around. But I'll get to it this morning, and then I'll turn it around and brew a 2.5 batch of my first Hopsperiment. I'm using Ahtanum hops exclusively on this first one, just to see what the characteristics of this strain are.

@Dave, Ahtanum are pretty nice. Have you ever had Stone Brewing Original Pale Ale? It used all Ahtanum. I would say they are similar to Cascade and Centennial but brighter and more rounded. Not quite as Citrus/Grapefruit or pine. Maybe slightly more English character.

I agree that they are very nice... I remember enjoying it in a Deconstructed SA IPA...

Not sure I can remember the specific profile of that brew but it was a good IPA!

Just kegged the second shot at Simply Amarillo and am brewing my Men In Black tomorrow but adding some rye this time.
I stole Friday and Monday off so why not? The weather is just too damn good to pass up.

Great day to brew. Started off chilly on the mud 40's but by cleanup time was in the mid 50's.
Needed 1.065 and got 1.064 so I'm calling that 99.99% good.
Black IPA with a bit if rye added in 4 weeks to give to our friends who are moving back home and asked for this.

1.5 gallon experiment, found this at BJ's Wholesale Club, poured into this slimline modified under the lid like the LBK's Tues. nite, pitched half a pack of S-04 tossed in some yeast nutrient. Had a thin layer of krausen, gonna just let it go for three weeks, stop the yeast and bottle it still in swing tops. Tasted a few ounces I pulled aside WOW is this desert drink. Hoping the Cranberry ferments to the tart side and the Chocolate comes thru with residual sweetness. I'm hoping for some kind of sweet and sour, Sour Chocolate Covered Cherry, it only cost $5 for the two pack of 3qt jugs, so won't be disappointed if it doesn't work.

Mashed 11 Gallons Session IPA wort, 5.5 gallons Hopped with 3 oz Galaxy and 10 grams (all I had in freezer) Nelson Sauvin and 5.5 gallons FWH with 1 oz Nugget and late additions of 4 0z Mosaic. Cleaning out hops that were getting a bit old (had all these since April).

This is good to know, especially as I'm currently drinking my Straw Boater Blonde Ale (which may be more of an APA, actually). I hopped with exclusively with Cascade, and I'm not completely happy with the overwhelming grapefruit aspect of it. I was thinking I should blend another strain of hops with it to soften that. I thought Amarillo might be a good combination, but Ahtanum might also be something to consider. I'll have to see how this beer turns out, and what I learn about the hops as a result.

Kegged a batch of a Christmas Ale, dry hopped a batch of Blegian IPA, & now I'm brewing a batch of a Double IPA. I'll be doing an aroma addition of hops using Ahtanum pellets. My LHBS had a special price on these (old hops), so I thought I would try them out.

I brewed a 2G batch of BrewDemon's Ye Olde Devil Nut Brown Ale and a 2G BD's Hellfire Deep Red Ale. Also brewed up a 1G AG batch of Oatmeal Stout from HopHero.

Did try the Evan Williams Honey Bourbon though but I found it cloyingly sweet for my taste.

Curious, how much oak are you using for a five gallon batch and is it American light oak or something else?

I use an ounce of oak cubes soaked in 8 oz of bourbon for a 5 gallon batch. Soak the cubes for 2 weeks then add to the fermenter for the last week of fermentation. It is light oak that I but from the homebrew store.

Brewed two Mr. Beer refills, first in years, to make a Black and Tan (got them, an LBK, and 10 25 oz bottles for $10).

#1: Irish Stout with 4 oz of Carapils and 1 lb of pale LME. Mr. Beer yeast.

#2: CAL with 4 oz of Carapils, 8 oz of Crystal 60, and 1 lb of pale LME. Windsor yeast, which will result in a high FG than the Stout, so that the "Tan" will sink to the bottom of the glass and the Stout will be on the top.
