High Country Devil IPA

Post by T8rSalad »

T8r's version of a Mr Beer refills using ye ol' MB

HCCD = 1.21# can
ADIPA = 1.21# can
Booster = .81# bag
Honey = 6 ounces

Poured it on top of 3rd generation yeast cake of 1st Pitch Pils & Johnny Silk's ESB. Came in at 1.053 OG with exp FG of 1.014, so ABV = 5.5%

Poured into LBK at noon and is already erupting over into cooler at 3 PM...this yest harvesting and yeast cake pouring is fun-tastic. I don't think I will go for a 4th generation brew as this is just using MB Yeast anyhoos. Can't wait to taste this one in 7-8 weeks.
