Short story is, a long time friend who lives in Japan and comes in 2-3 times a year allowed his daughter to marry a buy who was a brewer then salesman at Abita. This guy then moved to Cali and works at the Breury. Since they are coming home for the holidays, why not start 2016 off right.
I'm told there is an extremely private event with the Breury and NOLA brewery on the afternoon of January 1, 2016. I know nothing else except that some very special beers are being brought from the Breury and we are invited. Might be nothing but I guess I'll go if I have to.

Sounds good, so long as your New Year's resolution isn't to stop drinking beer.

I went almost 30 days last year and it wasn't fun. Of course, there's worse things in life but I do believe in reasonable amounts, beer is very good for the body, mind and soul.The_Professor wrote:Sounds good, so long as your New Year's resolution isn't to stop drinking beer.
That's my karma and I'm staying with it.
Plus, I don't do resolutions.
