Here's the sitch:
I usually bottle/keg on Saturdays and brew on Sundays. Sometimes, if I'm working Saturday, and I'm tired when I get home, I bottle on Sunday before I brew. But you see the pattern here. Well...
I'm working on Saturday (yeah, I gotta work the day after Christmas; I'm sure people will be thrilled to see me come by to spray their bugs). That's not so bad, because I have a fiver of South Ferry Steam Beer cold crashing right now, and I can keg that in no time.
But...
I want to brew a batch of King Pin IPA on Sunday. And this holiday thing is throwing a left-handed monkey wrench into the plan. See, my brother and his wife are coming to visit and have their little bit of Christmas with the family on Sunday. That's great! I wouldn't miss it! But also, my roommate from college, that moved out to L.A. at some point, and with whom I've recently reconnected via Facebook, is also here visiting family (we grew up in the same county and wound up going to the same college). We really want to spend time with him while he's here, and the weekend is the only time it can happen.
Depending on everyone else's schedule, I might be able to keg Friday evening (since it takes so little time), make arrangements to see my friend Saturday afternoon or evening, and still be able to get a 5-gallon AG batch brewed Sunday morning if I start early enough, and if my brother and SIL don't get to my parents' house until early afternoon.
I'm hangin by a thread, here.

I believe that this is the definition of First World Problems.
I have over 9,000 posts on "another forum", which means absolutely nothing. Mr. Beer January 2014 Brewer of the Month with all the pomp and circumstance that comes with it...

Yeah, that was my thought, too, but if I can fit in a brew day, I'd still love to.
