Other Brewing Magazines

Post by braukasper »

Any suggestions for other home-brewing magazines other than BYO? It seems to me that the type of articles are repeating to me. Mu subscription has run out and thinking of trying something different.

Craft Beer & Brewing is one of my favorite magazines right now.
Great articles about homebrew and commercial craft, tips, food recipes using or to pair with beer, clone and original homebrew recipes, ratings and reviews.

A tad more pricey than BYO (29.99 but you only get six issues per year), but it is a bigger mag so it balances out

I only get Zymurgy and BYO. I was actually one of the first subscribers to Zymurgy when it started and had it for about 5 years before quitting my first try at brewing. I always felt it was for the 'real' homebrewer.

Before you subscribe to anything, try your local library to see if you like it. Ours has Zmurgy and All About Beer.
I have over 9,000 posts on "another forum", which means absolutely nothing. Mr. Beer January 2014 Brewer of the Month with all the pomp and circumstance that comes with it...

Thanks Everybody!! Think I will pick up some issues from the LHBS. They have a decent selection. The new Brewpub here in Clarkston is to open in February.
