This time of year I won't even go out for my usual 2 beers over an hour and a half to two hours. I am fairly certain it doesn't raise my blood alcohol level to .08 but I don't wish to prove my certainty. During the Holiday season law enforcement is really cracking down. All it takes is a tail light burned out to turn into a very bad day.
