Monday Brewery Tour

Post by Rebel_B »

Three of us went venturing to Frelard Seattle, WA (at the junction of the Fremont & Ballard neighborhoods) to visit some breweries. Many are not even open on Monday, so we were limited in our choices in walking distance.
Our first stop was Maritime Pacific, where we ate lunch and had sampler flights of ales: here is an image of the one's I selected.

We resolved to go back on a Saturday or Sunday when all the brewery taprooms are open & visit Hilliards, Populuxe, Stoups, & Peddlers.

Yes & the brewery smelled like an ongoing barley mash.

Looks like a great way to spend the last Monday of 2015.
A friend sent me an Islander Pale Ale recently and it was very good.
