Just got a Brew Demon kit for Xmas. Was wondering where is the best place to create your labels?

There are different sources, depending on your needs and skills. Some use their own computers, I need more help than that. I just searched "beer labels". I found online programs to create and view samples free. There are permanent adhesive ones, vinyl stick and reuse, plastic sleeves.

One label site I've used quite a bit is Beer Labelizer , although lately I've been using a label similar to what Brooklyn BrewShop has for their 1G recipe labels, it's kinda basic with just the Beer info on it.
