I don't know Jeff Halifax harbor I kind of doubt just "cool water" ever applies there...might be more like lagering :laugh

I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chambers of my brain

Come to life and fade away;
Who cares how time advances?
I am drinking ale today."

Here's a bit about the brewery.

Keith made a name for himself as a brewer of strong ales and porter, as well as conventional ginger and spruce beers.....

In 1853 Keith's only son Donald became a full partner in the firm and the brewery name was changed to Alex Keith & Son.

.....brewing his famous India Pale Ale was his first love.....
