That is what I have come to love about the Sphynx breed. From their looks and just their silly ass nature, you can not help but be in a good mood when you are around them. We went to visit our breeder friend Judy on Saturday and were offered a cat. We thanked her, but politely declined as we are not over losing Bela. When we do get another one, I'm going to look into making her a therapy cat so it all can be paid forward. I'll see if Judy has a picture of Kitler the one we turned down. She has a black mustache and is just a love bug.

Cutie! I have to admit I thought they were hideous before you started posting pictures and telling stories of Toby and Bella. I've come to really think they are cute and when the time comes (years down the road) for a new cat (we have one now), I'll be looking into a Sphynx. Thanks for sharing your stories and your love of your furry(less) family.

The "Ten Irish bar rules from a Dublin pub" are better than the "Security Regulations from a Cambodian Prison".

Yazoo's one-time-only beer for NHL All Star weekend. Winter Park Wheat was bottled today (1/20) and will be available beginning tomorrow (1/21) at the tap room and in select bars around town, as well as in Bridgestone Winter Park (Walk of Fame Park) throughout All-Star Week. They're also doing a limited run of branded growlers that were released Wednesday in the tap room. Proceeds are going to the Nashville All-Star Game organizing committee.

Citra and Lemondrop in a wheat beer....Hmmmm. If you get some, please post your thoughts. I would love to hear how that is.

I would never think that would work but will try anything with different hop combos. Go for it!

I've had a number of wheat IPAs that have been great. And I've had a number of wheat beers that were just more heavily hopped than a typical wheat beer (but not to IPA levels) that were outstanding. Citra + wheat = good. I've never had LemonDrop (unless they are in Stone's Delicious IPA) so I know nothing about them. I wonder what they taste like......

The one place I really like citra is in Wheat beers and Belgian IPAs. And I'm talking about ones with actual phenolic yeasts too.

I'm not so much a big fan with a clean yeast, unless a spicy hop is used. They taste best to me with something with a kick behind it.
