Ralph's Pub and Brew

Post by Gymrat »

Ralph's Pub and Brew now looks like a real Brewpub :fedora:

Image

I decided to use the extra barb attachment I bought to pressurize the system for a blow off tube instead of putting in the #7 stopper with an air lock.

Well, it looks awesome even if Ralph doesn't look very excited about it.
I'm surprised at how small it looks now. You gonna fill it up this weekend?

I don't know if I am going to brew this weekend or not. They are forcasting near triple digits. If I wait 1 more week I may be able to brew in upper 80s to lower 90s.

OK then, since I'm going to brew in the low 90's (100 with the humidity factored in) can I just borrow your conical to brew this weekend? Ralph can come and play with Charlie.

Looks very nice. Only thing missing is a crowd of buds drinking your homebrews! When should we be there?

Then could I borrow it and Ralph could come play with Willow, Killian, Conan, Bela, Ninja and Gizmo.
And could you clarify about the don't think so. Are you referring to the conical or Ralph. :D

Let me just say this about that...

Use a much bigger blow-off container than you think you need in that nice room.

Don't ask why I make such a recommendation. (There was no smilie with a mop and carpet cleaner.)

I am going to run it into a 5 gallon bucket with a gallon of starsan in it.
