Temptation is everywhere

Post by Kealia »

I stopped into the grocery store last night after my TKD class and as always I had to walk down the beer aisle to see if there was something interesting that caught my eye.

Well, this did:

I have 2 full 2.5G kegs right now so I didn't need to buy a case of beer but it was damn tempting.
Could you have resisted? Would you have bought some even if you had plenty of beer at home already (assuming of course they had stuff you like)?

Depending on what they had, I'd of thought about it. You have so many better choices then we do just because of where you live so here, I doubt there would be something I'd have ended up with.
But, being a twin has it's privileges like splitting things and still getting to enjoy it just as much.

I would have passed. With what I have on tap, there is still a bunch of bottled beer in the fridge I haven't gotten to yet. Commercial and shared.

I would have been on it. Between constantly needing bottles, Super Bowl coming up, and just enjoying switching my beer drinking selection up they would have been put to good use.
Even though I have about 40 bottles of homebrew, about 15+ bombers of specialty whatnots in my beer cabinet, and probably a case worth of various daily drinkers in the fridge. I practically got every type of beer drinker covered with my variety haha, I'm like a drunk boy scout, always be prepared.

I would have checked the born-on or best-by dates on sixes I was interested in, and as long as they would be fresh for a while, heck ya, 25% off a mixer case is a win!

I didn't think of if that way! We don't get the horrendous snow (or any for that matter) out here in CA so I didn't need to plan for being snowed in like some you recently.
Still, it was tempting.

Yeah, I would have thought about it, and then give it a miss. I've enough bottles to carry through my needs. I have the right "rotation" amount saved up.
