Another reason to drink beer (like we need more)

When anyone asks me what's my favorite style of beer, I tell everyone the same thing that I like them all. I can say for sure that, any style of beer instantly becomes my favorite for a time, as long as it's been brewed properly.

I feel the same way, which is why I try to keep a variety of styles in the pipeline. I probably have more Pale Ale recipes in the stable, but variety among Pale Ales is good, too. Still, I try to have something like a Cream Ale or a Kölsch or a wheat on stand-by.
