Re: Help with keg pressures
It's hard to say. And it's kind of hard to tell from the pictures. But new poppets are cheap and might be worth changing them out. When I bought my system from kegconnection.com, I bought used/reconditioned kegs. I changed the poppets, all the o-rings and gas in tubes immediately. They looked a little worn and I wasn't taking any chances. It's all a cheap fix to help make sure it all works properly. Oh...and I bought the universal poppets too.

Re: Help with keg pressures
It has been a while since I posted on this, but here is an update:
Success!
I guess there was a very small leak in the keg. It didn't seem detectable by a soap bubble test at first, but I transferred the beer to another keg. After a week on the gas, it has great carbonation and head!
I replaced the o-ring on the gas in on the other keg, as the other one had a little mar in it. I teflon taped the post and reassembled, now all 3 kegs are pouring beautiful pints!

Re: Help with keg pressures
Glad you figured it out. It's frustrating when these things happen and you can't figure it out.
