Re: Show me Your Labels
I do not bottle much of my beer since I started kegging yet alone make labels very often, but I think there is something special about a bottle conditioned beer and the finishing touch of a nice label. Maybe not all the time, but for certain batches and especially when sharing your beer. I bottled up a 6 pack when I kegged this batch, partly for old times but also to see how the beer compares in the bottle. Today I played around with the label maker and came up with this one. The wife is super crafty and had some matte finish card stock I used instead of regular paper. I like the look of that much better than plain white paper. This is only a 12 oz bottle but it looks bigger because of the angle. It's the best I could do to not cast a shadow on the label.

Nice. From that angle it looks like a wine bottle.

Yeah, I'm not a great photographer. I have to try taking some shots outside, lighting and angles would be better.Kealia wrote:Nice. From that angle it looks like a wine bottle.
