Greetings from Cincinnati Ohio
Hello all, I'm new to home brewing, and have 2 recipes under my belt. First was a Porter, which im down to my last bottles! 2nd is a Imperial IPA which should end up around 8.5 - 9% and over 100 IBU's. I have 2 no boil kits coming, first is a apple cider ale, the other is a milk stout. If work gets busy soon, I will likely stick with that method for the time savings. I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chambers of my brain

Come to life and fade away;
Who cares how time advances?
I am drinking ale today."

Actively brewing since December 2013Hello from New England!
Just wanted to take a minute to introduce myself! I'm a newbie from New England and have only made 3 small batches of beer so far and I haven't even tried them! (Not ready yet) I figure I would try small batches first to get my feet wet and try different kinds. So far having fun with it, get to open my first bottle Friday! Got a card from brew demon about a discount on future orders, does anyone know what this is about? Cheers, Kat
