Stopped for dinner at B2 Bistro in Red Bank NJ and had a Ballantine IPA (only lacing left) and a few Dogfish head India Brown Ales.

They have an insane happy hour that lasts 3 hours, lots of free parking, delicious menu options and a wide selection of great craft beer.

Just got home about a couple hours ago, finally got chores done, and now I'm sipping(?) on a glass of Amber's Amazing Ale, a 1G AG recipe from Hop Hero. While it did turn out okay and tastes like beer, I wouldn't call it amazing...

Does it still taste like an IPA or is it "mellowed". There are a whole bunch of SA beers with Nitro the shelf of my local grocery, but I'm reluctant to spend $ on them as the only Nitro beers I've really enjoyed are stouts or milds, not hoppy things.

EDIT: Oh and I'm drinking my "Brown ESB" (brown ale with too much hops). I threw all of it in the fridge and am finishing it off. I think my house brett got into it. I don't taste the brett, but it's starting to over carb for no apparent reason, so something is slowly chewing on it. No gushers, no off tastes, just starting to get a bit too much carbed for an ESB. Unless it was a Belgian ESB. But that would be weird LOL.

Kinda 'mellowed'. Seems like it added to the 'mouthfeel', but did not add anything to a hop aroma or taste.

What program is that with the recipe on it?

Also here's what I'm drinking at the moment. A Coconut Cream Ale from Hop Hero.

Tale of Two Frankenpales 001 just keeps getting better. If I ever enter a competition, I think I would enter this one. To my palate, it has everything from nice aroma to just plain tasty.
