Jeff, any problems reaching that OG with BIAB? I'm thinking the DME helps but about 1.080, I have trouble reaching higher gravities. That recipe looks great but challenging.

Yeah, I'll have to check my past notes, but 1.105 is the best I've managed to get. Going to try a 165* 3-4 gallon sparge and a 90 minute boil this year and see where that gets me.
Heck, even Ron said it wasn't too icky. So it's got that going for it.
