I highly recommend this issue, if your LHBS sells singles. Articles on BIAB, WATER/grain ratios, using homegrown yeast, clarifying, Maillard reactions and making candi syrup, even how to print your own bottle caps. Lots of good stuff there.

Agreed; make your own hard root beer or ginger ale recipes & techniques are also in this issue.

Got it, read it cover to cover as usual but some of that stuff flies over my head. Love the mag.
