I thought of some one hand brewing solutions. I made five gallons, starting with only 5 gallons of water. That way the pot was easier to carry, I topped off in the fermenter. I also ran a belt through the pot handles so I could carry it with my right only. Now if I didn't screw anything up, I should have beer!
