The Altbier recipe doesn't sound bad, but I don't want to brew an Altbier right now.

Hopefully we will have the new camper delivered to the campground this coming week, so I am not planning on being involved this year. My LHBS is providing wort for 5 g batches of the ginger recipe for those that are going to brew it there.
