I'm brewing one of these tomorrow. Not this recipe, but a partial mash. I'm looking forward to it, this style seems to go with such a wide variety of foods. Maybe not seafood.

Except I used 3.3# LME and 4.5# grain, and threw in the last ½ oz. of Hallertau in the packet at 10 min left in the boil. Just to freshen it but not add too much bitterness or aroma.
