Brewed this 6 days ago and had a taste today. First thing I noticed was krausen was thick, gooey and not falling yet, but I've run across this before. So not worried about that. The jalapeño beer (5 roasted jalapeño added at T-10) tasted like a Pale ale, so I added this, 5 roasted black jalapeño soaked in Tequila.
