True Phil. When I brew a big expensive beer, I console myself that even if it costs $50-60, that is still less than two cases of an average craft beer. I finally decided to brew a Pliny clone after a guy wanted me to trade $25 of NY beer for a couple of bottles of Pliny.
Making beer and stew for the Zombie Apocalypse.
Never mind, there it is.

I'd say do it. Even if it is expensive it's still likely cheaper than a case of HT, right?

I'm sure it is. Especially if I just stick to US-05 yeast as the recipe calls for as a substitute to Conan.Kealia wrote:I'd say do it. Even if it is expensive it's still likely cheaper than a case of HT, right?
