Deschutes Fresh Squeezed IPA...
we just got this beer in this part of Va. and I'm terribly disappointed in it.

All I get is the Nugget bittering charge and little if none of the
"fresh Squeezed" part of it, even letting it warm up.

I really looked forward to trying this due to all the positive comments about it.
Ahhh...everyone's taste is different!

IF it doesn't smell like OJ and have that type of taste at first sip, my guess is that its not fresh.

I've only had it once (not counting a clone we made) and I thought it was pretty good. If you have more and don't want it........I'm here.

Good to hear that could be a reason because I myself have a fermenter full of a clone of
this I brewed last Saturday.
I was sceered for a couple of days!

A few years from now we'll have our own Deschutes brewery about 30 minutes down the road.

Sorry, that's an inside joke with a lot of folks here. I get green onion from Citra and have been disappointed with what I'm sure were wonderful beers and only because the had Citra in them.

This is Who You Callin Wussie by Arrogant Brewing (Stone). And I love it. It's got a little bit of the dankness that you would expect from Stone married with a perfectly made Pilsner. It's a little hoppy, but clean like a Pilsner should be. Awesome.

Red beer! Everlong IPS- a saison that was hopped like an IPA with Lemon Drop hops, then racked onto raspberries. It's like raspberry lemonade, but beer!
