Looking for Giardiniera Recipe from fellow brewers

Anybody/Chicagoans (sp?) make their own?

I'm looking to make some with the left over vegies from BB2's Fantasy Football Draft Day Wonder Wings dinner.

I make an olive salad (ala muffaletta) with the store bought and would like to try my hand pickling the vegies myself this time.

Sorry, I'm of very little help when it comes to cooking real food but I'm great at eating it!
