Well if you gotta be up in the middle of the night, you might as well be thinking about brewing.
Really, if I had the money I wouldn't buy a brite tank. I seriously doubt I could tell the difference using one on my level.
But that mash kettle and brew pot (with Trub Dam) sure look seriously sweet! $230 for a 15 gallon kettle like that is a very reasonable price.
On the other side, that 10 BBL Conical is only $8975 and in stock!
