Maltsperiment/2 Row

Post by FedoraDave »

I've tested a couple pints of this tonight, and even though it's still a little young, it's a good beer. There's a slight graininess to the mouthfeel, and some sweetness that will probably be conditioned out. I'm going to have to make sure I set aside a bomber for side-by-side comparisons with the other batches. The Maris Otter has been in the bottle since Sunday, and this weekend, I'm bottling the Vienna.

If nothing else, this is a simple, low ABV recipe that would make a great summer session beer!
